Ryan Lockery, Senior Property Manager & Co-Owner
Ryan is the Senior Property Manager and a co-owner of Acclaimed Property Management, bringing over seven years of hands-on management experience to the communities he serves. He holds multiple professional designations through the Community Association Institute (CAI), including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS), highlighting his commitment to industry knowledge and best practices.
Before joining Acclaimed Property Management, Ryan worked as a Director of Client Engagement and Project Manager, where he built a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Known for his approachable style and attention to detail, Ryan enjoys working closely with boards, residents, and vendors to ensure communities run smoothly and efficiently.
Danielle Ollech, Property Manager
Danielle is an experienced property management professional with over seven years of community management experience, supported by more than ten years in business operations and additional years in the service industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business from Northern Illinois University and brings a well-rounded skill set that blends operational efficiency, financial awareness, and a strong commitment to service.

Prior to joining the company, Laura Beth gained valuable experience in sales and real estate. Laura Beth graduated from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Entrepreneurship. In 2022, she married her college sweetheart, and together they have a 2-year-old son named Carter. Laura Beth's background in business, combined with her enthusiasm and dedication, make her a strong addition to the team as she brings a fresh perspective to property management.
