Ryan Lockery, Senior Property Manager
Ryan is a skilled Property Manager with over six years of experience managing multiple communities.He holds certifications in the Certified Insurance Advisor (CIA) and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), demonstrating his expertise in both property management and insurance. Before joining Acclaimed Property Management, Ryan served as a Director of Client Engagement and Project Manager, where he developed strong leadership and project management skills. His diverse background, combined with his certifications, allows him to effectively manage properties and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Laura Beth Quinn, Property Manager
Laura Beth is the newest member of the team at Acclaimed Property Management. Prior to joining the company, she gained valuable experience in sales and real estate. Laura Beth graduated from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Entrepreneurship. In 2022, she married her college sweetheart, and together they have a one-year-old son named Carter. Laura Beth's background in business, combined with her enthusiasm and dedication, make her a strong addition to the team as she brings a fresh perspective to property management.
